I accept and assume full responsibility for any injury or loss to me or my property, agents, and employees at any time and from any cause on the premise of Irving Mall during this event. I expressly release Irving Mall and anyone affiliated with the event from liability for such loss and injury. I agree to provide and pay for my own insurance. I have all licenses and/or permits required to be a vendor at this event. I have read the rules for this event and agree with them. No refunds. This is a rain or shine event. Booths must be occupied at all time during the festival. Food vendors must obtain a temporary food event permit from the City of Irving. Cost of the permit is $50 and a copy of the permit can be emailed upon request from africafestivaldfw@gmail.com. Vendors are responsible for removing your own trash. Vendors must be open all hours of the festival on both days.

Vendor fees:  January 1, 2022 – March 31, 2022.  $250.  April 1, 2022 – May 15, 2022.  $300.
